Mommy's Stats:
How far along?: 37weeks, 1 day
Weight gain/loss: ???? stopped looking
Symptoms: pressure, BH, back pain
Maternity clothes?: except workout clothes and a couple dresses, all
Stretch marks?: ::fingers crossed:: nope
Sleep: I've started waiting until 11 or 12 to go to bed, then I can sleep a solid 3-3.5 hours before I have to get up to pee, then go back to bed for 2-2.5 more. That seems to be better for me with work.
Best moment this week: is it sad I don't have one?! :(
Food cravings: oranges is probably it! I could eat the morning, noon & night (if they weren't so much work!!!). Otherwise...my stomach is the size of a pea, as baby girl is squishing my stomach and my intestines into god knows where. I'm not really hungry at all these days.
Gender: girl girl girl
Belly button in or out?: neither...but holding out
Movement?: not as much these days, she's run out of room...but butt, head and foot motion quite a bit
Signs of Labor: BH and pressure
What I miss?: everything non-pregnancy related that I can't do anymore!
What I'm looking forward to: MATERNITY LEAVE!!! 7 more workdays! I can't wait!
Weekly Wisdom: if you're this pregnant...rock it out. No need to hide anymore.
Weekly WTF: hello...where did you come from constipation?! I imagine it's because my bowels are so squished to the side there's no chance of a normal BM :(
Milestones: weekly midwife appts & being full-term! Baby can come anytime now. I also had my sub shadowing me the past few days, so now I feel less stressed and ready to go!

Baby Girl's Stats:
If you haven't yet delivered, you've reached the calm before the storm. You're probably monitoring your body for those first Early Labor symptoms and wondering what you've forgotten.Your smooshed-up baby is weighing in at around 6.3 lbs and 19 inches (with boys somewhat heavier and longer than girls).
As far as their internal organs go, your adorable poop and blood factory has reached "term" - a medical term that means your sweet little bun is birth-ready and labor is welcome and normal at this point.
Despite being physically ready to land on planet Earth, your baby's immune system is quite weak and will continue to be that way for their first years of life. Thankfully, your breast milk (aka "boob medicine") protects your child via protective antibodies that are present in your breast milk.
